Small demolition is mostly patience and clean loading. We disconnect what needs disconnecting, take the structure apart in the right order, protect what stays, and haul the debris away.

Decks and patio covers
Old decking, framing, lattice and posts removed with footings cut below grade.

Panels, rails and posts pulled, holes backfilled and tamped level.

Non structural partition walls, old cabinetry, dated built ins, tile and carpet tear out.
Hot tubs and playsets
Drained, cut down, and carried out in pieces that fit through the gate.
