Walls patched, scuffs and nail holes gone, accent walls neutralized, trim and doors touched up so rooms photograph clean.
Restoration pass
Pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window polishing and deck brightening so the exterior matches the interior.
Repair the inspection items
Loose railings, sticking doors, dead fixtures, running toilets and garage door issues handled before they hit a report.
Ready for photos
